We see in the preview that Jack is screaming at the prez that he will face justice HERE AND NOW!

So, who says he plugs the prez?

I say he won't.

No, but I'd love it if he did... If the Prez was to get knocked off i'd look at Wife, Pierce, or maybe even Heller to come back and finish him off...

No. Jack won't. There's enough honor in him not to.
But having him eaten alive by rabid wolves would be far more satisfying
than a simple shot to the noggin.
