I'm still amazed (in spite of having seen you pull it off so many times) at how you are able to boil away all the extranous details of these adaptations down to their pure powerful essence and damn it, ya done it again! This looks great... powerful and moving; Freeze Style. Good to see this one on the front page where it belongs too! Once again, job well done, Jonny!

I agree with LePijon even though I haven't a comparison pic for this one.
The key elements in these adaptions you've been bustin' out lately continuously retain their clarity while remaining in your distinctly abreviated style. All simplifications are handled expertly, without ignoring or destroying the visual sense of whichever characters or scenes you happen to be drawing. Your details are getting to be amazing in the context of the style of your characters and I'm really enjoying watching the rapid progression of your art. Great work man!
How's that for a review?
I can't wait to see what you've got for the Challenge: Pt 2!
By the way, I'm still really keen to see some DC characters from ya. I wanna see JonnyFreeze's Squinty McChin! That'd be sweet.

thanks for the kind words guys, though i think i will be going back to this piece soon and re-doing some of it, like giving daredevil some better hands and a better face.
if i had to be honest about the competition i dont know if im going to be finished in time. i have a couple of unfinished efforts for this round but they are far from finished. i havent a chance in hell of winning so im likely to just take my time, dont rush and have these out when they are lookin good and at their bestrather than being rushed.
as for The Chin i dunno dave i never drew a chin before
