Man I am way behind on this. I don't think I've even seen the new season yet. I might have taped the premiere, I'll have to check :) Yes, this is a great show, mixes comedy/drama better than most show.

As of last week's rape scene I'm not sure I care for this show anymore at all. Tommy gets away with a lot, but if this doesn't come back in distinct and significant tones, it will be entirely too much to keep me watching.

It may have started out as rape but, by her expressions during, the fact that she changed clothes and pretended like nothing was up when her boyfriend (his brother) arrived says to me that it didn't end up that way. Coincidentally, I was pointed to this show for the first time by a friend last week and love how absolutely out of hand it is -- and was even before the rape.

What's even more messed up is that Tommy might have gotten chlamydia from Mrs. Turbidy (don't know how to spell it) and therefor given it to his wife. Although I'm not sure they'll go that far.
