ETA: I also hate how comics pander to males by giving women overly large breasts that defy gravity and pop out of teeny tiny costumes. Seriously. It's a terrible image for young girls - these young girls are going to grow up and learn that gravity does exist and breasts don't stand at attention in flimsy spandex. This poor girls are going refuse to wear bras!! They're going to think that mere fabric can hold the girls in place!! Lives will be ruined when those puppies start drooping!! Lets see, we've had a black captain America, an Asian Batgirl, a latino Blue Beetle, Affirmative action Avengers, Black Lightning, Justice League International(with representatives of cold war countries), and the X-men and a little thing like a lesbian heroine bothers you? You must really get with the times son. I could care less about who she is, as long as the story is good. I don't see her sexuality as an issue, and DC doesn't seem to be making it one, only the press that picked up the story did.

Funny that Batwoman was created by Bob Kane to get rid those nasty rumors of Batman and Robin being gay and now they bring her back and she is a Lesbian. Oh sweet irony! Bob Kane, if he were alive I'm sure could give a rats ass what they did with Batwoman as long as he got a check. Colossus is gay in Ultimate X-Men, he is classic and much more relavent in comics than Batwoman....I don't hear Stan Lee complaining.
