SIN CITY question???

The very last scene in Sin City (2005) shows Becky, the traitor from Old Town, walking down the hallway of a hospital on her cell phone. When she gets onto the elevator, a man offers her a cigarette. Does ANYONE know which of the original stories this was adapted from?

The other stories were: "The Customer is Always Right" "That Yellow Bastard" "The Hard Goodbye" and "The Big Fat Kill" What is this last one?

That little epilogue was actually created for the movie. It wasn't in any of the books. I thought it was a neat little addition.

Thanks a lot. I'm working on this analysis of the film and it was just driving me crazy! I was going through every story and just couldn't find it.
