You realize if you do this WW movie as a period piece the JL movie is all screwed up right? Batman and Superman are clearly not in WWII America in their current franchises.

I disagree JL. Superman and Batman are contemporary, but Wonder Woman has eternal youth. Even though she had her origins begin in World War II, she left America just after the war and resurfaced in the modern age when Superman and Batman appeared. I don not see an issue. i do have an issue if Wonder Woman\'s pre-history is re-written as if she appeared only today - that is so wrong as she was an important part of the development, character wise and importance during the war years. So no, there should be no problem and the JL movie will not be screwed up. Even the animated version hinted that Wonder Woman was in costume before the formation of the League whether it be Diana or her mother. I think it should and always be Diana.
