John Tenta. RIP.

I've had a few conversations on a website called Wrestlecrap, (http://www.wrestlecrap.com) with John Tenta, a former professional wrestler. John loved the business, no matter how bad the gimmicks he got stuck with sometimes. John was a WWF tag champion as Earthquake of the Natural Disasters, he was the Shark in WCW, and during the WWF's atitude era, he was paired with the Insane Clown Posse as a member of the oddities.

He was a hell of a guy in and out of the ring, and most wrestlers would not have a bad thing to say about him. The last 2 years of his life and the bladder cancer took him down, but he fought till the very end.

I had heard a couple years or so ago that he had an inoperable cancer (but thought it was lung due to the fact that he allegedly smoked like a chimney) but had figured this day had already come and I had missed it. I'm sorry to hear about his passing. Frankly, he was one of the last heels I really hated as a kid. He was awesome at what he did.
