Again with the Harvey Two-Face!!?

What is it with the movie types referring to Two-Face as Harvey Two-Face? We went through this during Batman Forever. It may seem like a miniscule distinction, but if BF or Batman & Robin are any indicators of what a disregard for the source material brings then we may have another sub standard representation of Two-Face coming our way.
