Despite my admiration for the work of Keith Giffem, the idea is hardly original and was brought to the screen at least twice.
\"La decima vittima (The 10th Victim)\" by Elio Petri, with Marcello Mastroianni and Ursula Andress, a colorful and pop version of Robert Sheckley\'s story \"The Seventh victim\" and most recently \"Series 7: The Contenders\" by Daniel Minahan that had the idea of modernize that concept, making everything as part of a reality show.
