See? See? Make sure you're on June 12, 2006.
And, y'know, look for the letter written by Adam.

Ooooooooooooooooooo, Adam's a closet One Tree Hill and 7th Heaven fan..... :D
Just kidding of course, Adam. Very cool getting your thoughts on the matter of the WB scheduling structure printed in tvguide.
I remember getting something published in EtWeekly back in 97 but god if I remember what if it was about due to old age and loss of brain cells. :D
As far as the scheduling of programming on the WB, soon to be newly named CW whatever, I can say I've always scratched my head at the channel's bluntness and oversight.
It seems like when a new cool trend comes in, the WB has always caught ahold of the trend, shook it, and then rightly so hugged it to death by "over using" it. If dark sci fi or comics is the way to go, they make 5 new dark sci fi comic-ish shows(about teens) and then flood the market/its channel programming listing with it until the audience is rightly sick of it.
If family drama is the way to go, they make 5 new family dramas(about teens) and then flood the market/its channel programming listing with it until the audience is rightly sick of it.
If comedy is on the rise, they make 5 new comedies(about teens of course) and then flood the market/its channel programming listing with it until the audience is rightly sick of it.
Always the same trend for the WB and that's always been one major gripe about it.
No sense of control with its execs. Nothing in moderation.
I'm still alittle bitter about them throwing Buffy out the window in its prime and canceling Angel but oh well, thats long gone and over with and there has been 1000's of cancelled "bad" shows & 100's of cancelled "good" shows since that took place.
Fox is of course no better:
-Dark Angel when it was getting good.
-Family Guy when it was already good.
-Arrested Development when it won freaking awards and was EXCELLENT.
Blah to Wb and blah blah to Fox.

I got the Televisionary to answer one of my questions (http://www.tvguide.com/TV/Televisionary/default.htm?cmsRedir=true&rmDate=06272000&cmsGuid=%7BF1FDBA42-16B3-4751-9F66-93881D8F71A5%7D)
And it was way back in 2000 when teh intranets weren't nearly as cool! Top that geek cred! :)

All I care about is that they renewed Supernatural...:D
Though their renewel of One Tree Hill probably caused some rift in space and time.

Sue-Ellen is such a squealy fangirl pussy that it's really sad and pathetic.
Incidentally, maybe the constant writing and phone calls that I made to the CW paid off in getting Supernatural renewed. Squee!
