Worried about the marketing strategy????????? Lets get past the fact that they are more concerned about their sales than the death of a person but: Are they new to the bussines?? I really liked Heath as an actor and I was looking forward to seeing him as the joker, I was pretty shocked about the news and now the shock has become sadness, so dont for once think Im being insesitive but really going by facts, there is no better publicity than this, its going to get huge FREE coverage and anyone in the show biz who dies at a young age becomes some sort of an indutry martyr that increases they?r fame. Selena is a huge example, I honestly never heard about her before she got killed, after that her record sales went up to the sky and she even got played by JLo. Plus they still got Bale, who is the main character and they still have strong names like Morgan Freeman and Michel Cain, so I really dont see any basis for their concernes.
May Heath rest in peace. My sentiments to his family and specially her daughter.

i say they still market the way they are, because we all know that is what heath would like, even though it's not his decision to market. i say more of him to embrace him, the better. this is possibly his best role he has ever performed in. i mean, this guy locked himself up in an apartment for a month to get into the joker character. keep it the same, and let us see the true heath ledger, as an actor.
