I just wrote a reply to a new thread on 007. When I went to post it, I had to log in again. Fine. But when I did so, I was told, "Invalid Thread Specified" and my text was deleted.

I think I'm handling this very well.

Is there some technical reason this happens? Curious...

Like highsky, I tried reproducing your error here, on the 007 forum, and in other forums.

No issues found on my end either.

Check your browser settings.

Check your computer settings.

Throw your computer out the window and run it over with your minivan.

This doesn't happen very often. I think this is only the second time on these boards in fact.

If it makes you feel any better(it wont make you feel better at all......really!), I have to mess with settings all the time cause the darn monthly updates on my XP and I get tempted with taking the last suggestion quite often.

I always chicken out though.

I'm still trying to reproduce the error to no satisfying effect. Just go with the first two suggestions and as a backup to a backup to the last backup, go with the last idea.


When all else fails........ test the nice machine as a new and inventive speedbump
