I had nearly this EXACT same problem in Lexington, except I never found the thing. The directions on the website were flat-out wrong (showed the Mall's address but named another nearby shopping center) and I drove around in tons of mall traffic on a very rainy Saturday constantly getting "I don't know"s from people I asked and never finding it.
