It's great but I would rather have Iron Man fight the Hulk. I'm sure Marvel will do a real superhero cross-over movie like that. Too bad DC seems to be taking its time with JLA, or they would have beaten Marvel to it first.

Sounds cool. Now lets see if this leads to more!

NO NO NO....wrong statement there News. It should read. Too bad Warner Brothers is rushing Justice League and not setting it up right like Marvel is. They should have Brandon Routh as Clark covering some event in Gotham for the Planet in one of the future Batman movies. Or Bruce on buisness in Metropolis in a Superman movie. Even have Diana in one of the movies...something. Warner Brothers ownes the rights to everything DC and can create a giant universe for their characters to live in. Instead they either act like Superman and Batman don't exist together or they try to create some weird bizzaro universe where Bats, Big Blue and the rest of the JLA are out of an american pie movie. The only other thing I have to say is Bravo Marvel...I like what i see....now please take Spider-man, X-men, and Fan 4 back under your production wing and we can have a Marvels movie. Sweet.

I heard the JLA movie might be put on the back burner...so maybe...just maybe WB is coming to some sense. Oh and yes i know my spelling and punctuation is horrible....as long as i get my point across....=)

Hey they mentioned Gotham in the Superman Returns movie. They mentioned Superman in the Batman and Robin movie (shudder) and the mentioned Metropolis in Batman Forever. But you people are probably looking more towards the characters crossing over instead of being mentioned. Oh Well. That would be better though.

You guys are all RIGHT. but I really think there can be some better X-Men movies. part 1 and 3 were lame as hell. Coulda been way better cooler action. Especially with Wolverine. Wolverine would be so much cooler if they made him more of a side character without much dialoge, and a bulkier short actor who is more berserker-like and unpredictable. I dont remember in the comics Wolverine being 6 feet tall, and who CRIES!!! WTF!!!??? those directors really didnt know what they were doing. IRON MAN however looks ON POINT. CANT WAIT! This cross-over is the beginning of history, where there will be volumes of different Marvel movies sitting on my grand- kids dvd collections. HAHA

Violator, if you had ever read a Wolverine comic book then you would have seen Wolvie cry. Remember, this man (and I mean the classic Wolverine) has seen several wars, fought countless villains, watched his closest friends and even lovers die IN HIS ARMS. The man is entitled to cry... it's what keeps him sane. Best of luck in finding a bulked up 5 and a half foot tall actor who looks like he's on 'roids. Perhaps Barry Bonds could find us someone for the part. Whatever, bub. I think you'll be happy with the Wolverine Origins movie coming out next summer. Then again, you'll probably rip it apart like you rip apart all good comic book movies. Take a hint, you are certainly in the minority when saying Hugh Jackman makes a terrible Wolverine. Ha, you are probably one of those guys who thinks Triple H should play Thor. Oh and Wolverine carried those movies pretty much... why the hell do you think they are giving the guy his OWN movie?

Oh and just to guess on who'd win between Iron Man and Hulk...
The Hulk would rip that tin can in half! Then again, they'd probably make up and go beat on Abomination to save the world.

Blind Justice... you are truly blind.. haha! Those Xmen movies were boring as hell boy! I dont remember reading or hearing rave reviews about any of them. This wolverine movie is probably being made, to make up for the lack of action in the other ones. YES! Im right and ur wrong and thats that. And Triple H shouldnt play Thor, I should play Thor! MUHAHA!

Ooook... so you did wake me up from my slumber... VIOLATOR... Just let me tell that I think you are the lamest, superficial, comic book ignoramus on this forum right now... You want action movies... try Jean Claude Van Damm or Steven Seagal for that matter... THIS ARE COMIC BOOK MOVIES and you are treating them in a too shallow way.... First: XMEN I and II paved the road to your so adored XMEN III to be made... as a matter of fact, XMEN II did have more "RAVE REVIEWS" than XMEN III... that last one... was not a bad movie... but from my VERY PERSONAL point of view was too rushed.
About Wolverine, yes... it does not look like the Wolverine that we usually get in the comics... but in a way Jackman nailed it!!! Or maybe you'd prefer that guy... whatsizname... Jacko? (that blond australian guy from the Energizer ads http://www.ciadvertising.org/studies/student/97_fall/how_ad_works/chae/gifs/energizer1.jpg) or something like that in the role.
IRON MAN looks nice, but predictions are turning it into a kid's movie which would be more in the Fantastic Four shelf than in the Spiderman I or Blade II shelf... I dunno, just my point of view, if you can get yourself to respect it, I DO respect yours, but you seem to NOT respect others being that rude... perhaps you're just a very insecure individual... I don't care if you`re gay or not, redneck, yuppie, pornfan or just narrow minded, I just won't use that apelatives to attack you if you just happen to think different than me... well, perhaps the narrow minded part considering things.
and YES...the crossover thing rocks...

It appears that you're on your own, Violator. (I wonder what you violated or where the boy you violated is right now) Thanks, Trygonez, for bringing Violator into the world that is Common Sense. I agree that X-men III was rushed. I was really ticked when I heard it was coming out that summer instead of the following one. I believe the folks at Marvel and FOX had dollar signs in their eyes keeping them from stepping back and taking a look at the big picture. X-men I was incredible for me to watch considering I have been a huge fan of the comic since the late 70s.
Apparently, Violator, you probably didn't even see the first X-men in the theatre because you were way too young to get in. I will not get into an argument with you, kid, but I will point out that you are alone in saying that X-men 1 sucked and that Hugh Jackman was a terrible Wolverine.
Your taste in movies, Violator, probably sits somewhere between Brokeback Mountain and High School Musical. Now please, go back to playing your World of Warcraft and leave the postings to us adults.

Im prolly older than both u guys, and i dont understand why u guys are attacking me as much as u say your not going to TryGonez. Thats called being hypocritical. Everyone has their own opinions. I just remember Wolverine being a lil more bad ass and not to be messed with attitude. The movies were ok, but i think they coulda been better. thats all!
ANd blind Justice, yes.. i did violate your mom and all ur family members if thats what u wanna hear. It was damn good. And yes I am ur father u bastard child! u guys are the true losers if ur getting so upset about another guys' opinions. And i still dont think wolverine cries!! They should save that for the girls and Blind Idiot up here. U guys are the ones crying with hugh jackman! haha. U guys should get together and make a XXX-Men movie. hahaha. Oh, and I dont play warcraft, i have sex, and apprantley w/ with Blind's Mom. I gave her the Blind Zombie a couple nights ago.

Meanwhile...back at the ranch...
I think it's great. Not only does it set up Iron Man II (which may or may not address Stark's slip into alcoholism) but this reads to me as a coda near the end of the film, if not the end credits (sort of like the studio cut of Daredevil or the bit in X-Men The Last Stand) because if it isn't, like said above (aside from the mess) - we would cross our fingers for (at least) a minor skirmish between Iron Man and Hulk. My personal prefs are Logan vs. Hulk, just so we can throw in the Wendigo in there somewhere

I think it's great. I recently saw IRON MAN and I think it's going to be a lot of fun when we get around to seeing these two actually collide. I've seen the recent Incredible Hulktrailer as well, and I'm really getting nuts for it to be here already!
