Well, that's going to be difficult because there aren't any satellite service providers for South Asia. However, the U.S. government does piggyback American satellite providers via the G-5Sat Network to various overseas military installations. You could possibly tap into that, but you'll need an antenna capable if receiving frequencies in the 1.82-1.94GHz range. This can be done quite readily with a metal soup can and copper wire, 2.8 meters in length, coiled evenly around it. Take the can to your roof, as it needs a clear line of site to the satellite, and point it northeast. You'll need to weld a regular coaxial cable to the antenna, but it's a delicate deal. You have to weld the can to the outer rim of the coaxial cable ONLY and the copper wire to the inner wire of the coaxial cable ONLY. If the antenna's copper wire touches the outer metal rim of the cable, it won't work. If the can touches the inner wire of the coaxial cable it won't work. However, if you do all of this properly, you'll get the feed from DISH network and Direct TV. The Pay-Per-Views are still scrambled, as well as the pr0n, but a decoder chip can also be easily made. I can tell you how to make one, but it's long and involved. Let me know if you're interested.
