I saw this movie today, I must say I really hated this thing!
Mindless slicing & dicing very bad story telling .
I think AeonFlux was better, but not by much:rolleyes:
Even Judge Dredd was ten times better than this one sided
piece of crap.:angry

I am a guy who can appreciate a masterpiece like The Godfather and mindless intertainment like Aeon Flux, which I enjoyed. I am really good at taking movies for what they are, and enjoying the ride. Some movies, for me, just don't click. This is one. I thought the effects was bad, I couldn't care less for the characters, and the music was extremely annoying. Bad movie.
What the hell does that have anything to do with UltraViolet?

I didn't dare to go see it , . . . .
It looked like a bad car commercial , without the car!

The movie was bad because they took control away from the director Kurt Wimmer. In the end, Wimmer wouldn't even go out on the press junket tour to promote the movie because he was so pissed off at what the studio had done to the movie.

Yeah, too bad. Equilibrium was a great movie. I kept looking at UV and saying, Wimmer, where did your talent go?
Good to hear that turd wasn't his doing, at least not completely.

I rented this movie the other day & I thought it was pretty sweet... not worth the $10 movie fare, but it was a good rent. Aeon Flux (which I also rented) was pretty good also, though I'm also glad that I didnt pay the money to see it in the theater. The animation was MUCH better though.

I saw Aeon Flux in the theaters and, after the disorganized and painfully-without-point-or-sense first 30 minutes, I really got into it only to find out late in the movie that there was a perfect point to the first 30 minutes. 3 stars from me for AF.
