It's all good to get ideas and inspiration, but you gotta give credit where it's due bro.

Yes, you really do have to give credit when making use of someone else's artwork. I direct your attention to the original art claim box you tick when submitting: "By submitting this artwork to the gallery you are are claiming that it represents your own work except where otherwise noted in the art notes. Any part of this artwork that is derived from another artist must be substantially altered before you can call it your own." That was intended for photomanipulations, but I think it obviously applies here too. Coheed, please add a comment to your art notes citing the image you based this on, now. I'm quite happy to leave this image in the gallery -- it's obviously in your own style, and takes only the pose and idea from the above-linked image. But if you don't acknowledge the original by, say, the next update on Sunday, I will quite happily delete this.
