Lets summarize.
Rain = Good
2+ Months worth of Rain in 3 days, with 2-3 more days still to come?= Bad for rivers. The Susquehanna, is expected to crest over 40 feet, anywere from 12-15 feet over its bank. The Delaware river, that borders PA and NJ, They can't even estimate. The Lackawanna river, which runs near my home(Thank god im on a high hill), has been going over in parts and is expected to topple in my town sometime this afternoon.
Mudslides, road closures, evacuations, floodgate closings, the works. Never a dull moment.
