This is ridiculous. Fox may have had some rights but it's not plausible that they were ignorant of the actual production of the film til just now. And in the end, all they will care about, and get, is money. So Fox, swallow your 'pride' and 'principles'... (principles, riiiight, just what any major corporation always proves to have in truckloads), press your whoring face against Warner's ass, felch out your money and settle this. I don't want to see Diamond Previews cancelling its second generation of Watchmen toys which, by the way, are of far greater interest to me than any waxen, plastic Target thingamabob that you've authorised for WOLVERINE. Geddit?

This is as smart as the time Fox sued Marvel over Mutant X or Al Franken for Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them. They lost one, settled one and looked like an ass in both cases, so I guess they're going for the trifecta.
