Fantasy film with Brendan Fraser, Helen Mirren, and Andy Serkis about a father and daughter who can bring stories to life just by reading them, but must escape when they get sucked into a story and are captured by a villain looking to break into our world. Looks like fun, too bad it's coming out after Adam Sandler's movie that has a similar hook (kids bringing stories to life).

I remember seeing a trailer for this back at the beginning of the year. I liked that trailer (and this one), and I hope Inkheart wasn't put on the shelf due to poor quality. I think it could be a lot of fun.

Looks as promising as Spiderwick Chronicles, which I finally got to see over the weekend, and loved the heck out of it. Now I want to read more of the books. :)

My wife really likes the book. I've never read it, but our tastes in literature don't always match. She really does get into that fantasy stuff.

The marketing company I work for is doing a promotion for the movie. You can check out some cool assets (trailer, pics, wallpapers, web applications, etc.) at: http://youcastcorp.com/inkheart/. I think it looks pretty cool. I'm a huge fan of the series.
