What I find frightening is the question of where a kid comes up with an idea like that. Thats pretty sick. How many moral and even common sense barriers did he have to break down in his mind and or heart before he actually decided to carry out this plan.

I don't believe the blame can be laid at the feet of ....."the evil weed" :D :D :D .....this kid has some issues.

I haven't indulged in a long, long time, but really, you don't need much to smoke pot. I've made pipes out of aluminum foil, an empty soda can, a pen cap, an apple, you name it. I felt like MacGyver. However, if it ever came to the point where I needed to cut a dead guy's head off to get high, that would've done it for me.

Pot was just an excuse for this kid. I'm sure he had no real intention of using the head for a bong. He just wanted to act out what the voices in his head were telling him.
