This was actually surprisingly good. Or maybe it was just okay but seemed amazing compared to the past few episodes. Or maybe it was Kristen Bell being back.

I like that they actually addressed some of the "wtf" stuff that happened. Like when Peter survived the fall, I was like..."wtf, are you kidding me?" and figured it would just be the typical Heroes and ignore the improbability of him surviving. But then someone asked how he survived the fall.

I liked the stuff with Parkman. I honestly thought for a split second that they had killed him off. Then I thought, "hmm, I bet he's just making this guy think he killed them." Sure enough...

I'm glad the whole Maya thing is (seemingly) resolved. She was hot, but that storyline was getting tiresome. And just what the hell is up with that crap in Mohinder's "nest" and the people cocooned in there? That's nasty.

Hiro and Ando's story continues to annoy me for some reason. There was nothing particularly bothersome this episode, but I still hate how much they've regressed Hiro into a complete bumbling idiot.

Overall, I quite enjoyed it. Hopefully this will help get Heroes back on track.

I think it was Kristen Bell.

I liked this episode a bit more than the past few as well. Hopefully it will continue to improve.

I liked it too. I noticed that when they faded to the end credits, I was mad because I wanted more. That hadn't really happened yet this season, so good on them.

I'm thinking there's something we don't know yet about Papa Petrelli's power, because if he just sucks a power away and that's it, there isn't much more for Maya or Elle or Peter to do--and Maya and Peter are series regulars, according to the credits. I wonder whether the formula will restore powers to a Hero who has had them taken away....

And will it restore their power or is it just an anamoly and will give them some different power.

BTW, did they ever explain how Maury escaped from his own mind?

If they did explain it, I missed it.

I'm kind of surprised no one has brought up the annoying inclusion of Meredith. Boring. She hasn't really done anything interesting at this point, just light some cigarettes. Come on.. She is the Maya of this season.

Also, I'm a bit lost on why this season is getting lower ratings. Wow, its dark, gritty and evil, exactly what its supposed to be. Maybe parents are steering their kids away from it (thinking some of the visuals could be disturbing to youngsters. I.e. last weeks, when Adam Monroe was killed, evil. Had my ass on the edge for most of that episode.)

Is anyone else wondering what happened to Bruce Boxleitner? It seemed like they had some plans for his character, but he just disappeared without a trace.
