Okay, I can't hold back any more.

How 'bout those TIGERS???????!!

:jump2: :jump: :jump2: :jump: :jump2:

Saw them come back from a 5-0 deficit last Friday to beat the Indians 7-6 (in person--the sell-out crowd was roaring), the next night they win on a ninth-inning, two-out homer. A couple years ago they were challenging for the MLB record of most losses in a season, this year they're running a better record than the '84 Tigers, who won 100 by early September and won the World Series. Does anyone seriously have another candidate besides Jim Leyland for Manager of the Year?

I'm excited, too. I decided at a young age to be a Detroit Lions and Tigers fan. I used to scream at Cecil when they came to Milwaukee to play. I stopped caring as much about the Tigers, but I am glad to see them kick some ass!

Now if the Lions ever get to the Superbowl, I'm so there.

Enh, I gave up on this season when the Cubs went 7-22 in May. It was supposed to be their year, after the Red Sox in 2004 and White Sox in 2005.

Holding out for 2008, I suppose.

Bah if my Reds could get some decent freaking pitching, esp out of the bullpen, they'd be a great team.

NL central is embarassing. How can the Cards have an 8 game losing streak and still stay in first???
