Mr. Kirby died today at 57. If you don't know who he is, he was in "City Slickers," "Good Morning Vietnam" (Robin Williams CO, who thought the men would rather listen to Mantovani than James Brown. and "When Harry Met Sally" among other films. He was only 57. My condolences to his family and friends. He had leukemia.

I guess my thread on this was not good enough. Should I delete it?

Teri Gross had an interview with him on the NPR yesterday on the radio....it was really good. I didn't know he had been in so many films. Most memorable to me was "When Harry Met Sally"....he was Billy Crystals friend......

Its always sad to see somebody from the movies go......you think you know them from their films....but really thats just a part of them.....not the REAL them......

(just so nobody feels any favoritism.....lol)
