what do think about the new Fantastic 4?

Has anyone seen the latest fantastic four on tv yet? I missed the first episode, i did a little research and found it's on the cartoon network saturday morning and saturday evening. :jump2: if you seen it tell me what you think of it.:D

Complete and utter crap.

It's made for the A.D.D. in mind. There literally is this one scene where a robot lion goes into the stands of some aliens and looks like it's about to eat an alien kid, but Johnny comes in to save the day, right? Well, I don't know because all you see is Johnny standing there saying 'over here' and then it cuts to the rest of the FF fighting in the arena. And then Johnny miraculously comes into the arena to help out the FF.

No mention of what he did (if anything) in the stands to save the alien kid or not. The entire episode is like that.

Then there's the Japanimation. Whoa! I know it's expensive to animate things 2D, but maybe if they hadn't used so much 3D blended in they would have had enough money to actually do the 2D stuff that's roughly 80% of the show.

Really bad, jerky animation. Crappy character designs. Really bad characterizations of the FF (in one scene Sue faints because Johnny is abducted by aliens, and in the next scene she's almost ripping a hole through the forcefield in the stadium ceiling).

It reminded me of those stupid Matchbox animated shows that the Cartoon Network was trying to pawn off on an unsuspecting public about two years ago.

I'm going to watch the next episode just to see how bad it is, and then after that I may just tape it to bring to class as an example of really bad animation and storytelling.

wow thanks, hopefully the superboy series will be better but i am not holding my breathe.:(

the f.f. series in the early 90's had a bad start but then in the last two seasons the art and the story picked up. i hope we do not have to wait until then if at all.:o

Eh, its ok... after seeing the movie it kind of pales LOL.

this show is growing on me and i did not have until wait half a season to like what's going on.
thing vs the hulk, the coming of super skrull and the backgrounds are beautiful. i do not get the pointy chins on sue and johnny but. but i like his sense of humor. the thing's personality. reed is wonderfully reed and sue they still needs to work on her a bit.:jump2:

So far the guest stars has been the Hulk, H. Pym, Home Base (well their name was mentioned and the minions do work for them.} Kree and the Skrulls. i'm hopping the Super Skrull make his appearance soon.:)
