Are they manageable somewhere in the User CP?

Correction: I can do it but not on a personal basis, ie, each user has a different user color. It would have to be set by usergroup basis. This tool is provided for webmasters who wish to seperate their paying customers from their non paying customers....

Example:

Usergroup who pays a certain value: Gold lettering in their usernames
Usergroup who pays a lesser value: Silver lettering in their usernames
Usergroup who pays a lesser value: Bronze lettering in their usernames


That kind of thing. It's set for the whole usergroup in question.
