Favorite Anime - TV

So what're people's favorite anime series, just out of curiosity?

My top 3 are:

1. Cowboy Bebop
2. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
3. FLCL

I also enjoy Gundum Wing, DBZ (notably the Cell Saga, just cause that's when I really got into it), Hellsing, Reboot (I know it's not technically anime, but come on!), Voltron, Vandread, Big O, Lupin the III, Inuyasha, Outlaw Star, and Trigun. While not a total favorite, G Gundum is definitely a guilty pleasure. I mean, c'mon, it's Mortal Kombat with giant robots!
