Apparently, the pop princess was so concerned that the papparazzi would chase her she didn't bother putting him in a car seat.

Instead the useless, pin head, debutant, spoiled numbfuck carried the baby in her LAP in the front seat of the vehicle as she made what she described as ""horrifying, frightful encounter". http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/4692974.stm

To make it even better, there is someone in the car WITH her. So chalk up to two brainless twits with too much money and no accountability for the safety of a child.

Oh, right, did I mention that Sherrif's Deputies and Child services, who did take a few minutes out of thier busy day to visit Spears' home will likely not file child endangerment charges becuase "An officer did not actually witness the event"

Which is complete crap. In most states, an officer doesn't always have to witness the event for charges of child endangerment, even a misdemeanor charge, to be filed with the DA. For instance: California state law allows certain misdemeanors to be filed without law enforcement witness since they fall under special circumstances of public safety, the protection of children being one of them.

The reason the public officials did not file was only due to her status as a "star".
