So what'd people think of last night's show? Favs, hates, comments? I kinda wondered why there wasn't a host. Also, how'd they do that opening bit? I figured the Gorillaz were just on a screen or something until Madonna actually walked behind one and you could still see her. Wish she woulda performed "Sorry" to get the ball rolling before it actually gets released. Most of the performances were ok, but nothing really spectacular. Mariah's got a great voice but what was with all the hand gestures? That was driving me nuts!

Yeah, I didn't watch them.

Any thing that glorifies Gwen Stefani is bad in my eyes.

I watched the first 2 hours off and on at home.
Then I taped Invasion and went to sleep.

The only thing I'm curious about is how
they did that first bit with the Gorillaz on the stage.
It was like CGI presented in realtime with
cheesy Madonna.

I would've like to have known how they did that.

That Gorillaz thing w/ Madonna was way cool. She's still pretty fit for...er...however old she is.

I think they had a smaller screen in front of the larger one behind her...optical illusion.
