Just clarifying the summary here.

1. Stan Lee is suing Stan Lee Media for screwing him over.
2. Stan Lee media is suing Marvel, claiming they own every character Stan created, including Spiderman, The Hulk and The X-men.
3. Marvel, and The Internet are laughing their asses off.....

ok the thing with Stan Lee Media. The Company had problems a few years ago, including a stock fraud case, and Bankruptcy as a result.

I'm not always the most knowledgeable guy, but how can SLM own any part of Marvel? I thought all of Stan Lee's creations were automatically owned by Marvel. Even if Stan Lee did own a part of Marvel Characters, wouldn't he have to transfer said rights to SLM before they could have any claim of ownership? Like I said, I don't know much about copyright and trademark laws, so I guess I might have missed something.
