Okay people, here is where we separate the men from the boys, the women from the girls, and hopefully the perverted from the women (you know who you are).

The idea here is a simple one. Tell us what movie you really enjoy even though everyone else seems to think its wasted celluloid. Just to show how man I am (or stupid for tossing out the bait) I'll list a few to start.

In no particular order:

Ghost Rider
Fantastic Four
Bloodrayne
Star Wars Episodes I-III
Superman III
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow
League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
The Matrix sequels
Elektra

If you really just confessed to liking Jersey Girl, you are officially banned.

Well, not really, but we have to set the bar somewhere. What's next? Gigli?

Ah, I have fond memories of Ernest Saves Christmas.

"Is there where them horror folk movie be?"

"I can't say that in front of the kids"
"Its nothing they haven't heard before"

Air breaks, eh-eh-eh"

Has anybody bothered to watch "Christmas Vacation 2"? (A sequel to a sequel?)

Adams Family
Mario Bros.
Clue ( this movie was hilarious. The three endings they had was pretty original, overall just a good flick. It is a sunday kind of movie.)

What is wrong with The Goonies?? That movie kicks ass!!

"Hey you guys!!!"
"R..Ro...Rocky...Rocky-road!?!?"

Man, I thought Wickerman was hilarious. I say that movie was marketed all wrong, see. Call it satire and the critics would have gone a bit easier on it, I think. Cage in a bear suit punching lesbians full in the face and bike-jacking people. Good stuff.

Sounds like a feminist movie to me.

I have a weakness for cheesy sci fi movies, so I really dig Independence Day and Armageddon.

I also don't mind watching the Matthew Broderick Godzilla; my son loves it, and I find it very watchable.

North Shore - I wanted to be a surfer for about 3 years after seeing this.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space - "What're ya gonna do with those *pies*, boys?"
The Postman - Check it out, 8 laws. Sorry, bad Seinfeld reference.

The "A Nightmare on Elm Street" series. Freddy scared the piss out of me when I was a preteen, now he's just damn funny.

Gentlemen Death

After the second film he just got plain slapstick, and it eventually became his signature, which is also sad. Other then that, the first two films and New Nightmare were decent enough to add the the ol' movie collection.

More to add:
Event Horizon
Lost in Space
Dolores Claiborne (yeah they murdered the story, but i still liked the film)
Bachelor Party (Tom Hanks at his finest!)
Eyes Wide Shut

Batman & Robin (if you turn the sound off, its actually really cool)

Fisher Stevens rocked.

The Allnighter - Susannah Hoffs acting debut
Welcome to 18 - Courtney Thorne Smith debut. Mariska Hargittay was in this, too.
"I'll have a Wonny Jalker Black." Trying to pretend she's 21 and ordering scotch.
