I was not sure what thread to put this in , so i started a new one. Feel free to post your fucked up party nights as well....
Well, like on the radio show, I said I was going to a friends party. My girlfriend, 4 of my friends and I went to this party and was having fun for about an hour before shit started to go down. Have you noticed that all it takes is one fucking prick to ruin or try to ruin, a party?? Well, it happens.
I will try and make this quick, i am just mad and hurt. First off, this guy i used to kick it with back in the day, tried to fight one of my friends. So of course I tried to intervene and also tried to calm both of them down and tell them to talk about it like fucking adults. Well, they did not. For the next 45 minutes everyone was calling friends to come for backup and all that bullshit.
I then proceded to flip out. I told the one guy i used to know to stop acting like a fucking child and talk to him about the problem (which i will not get into because it is stupid kid shit!) A couple of us went out to the street and shit just went bad...... I think must of us know what went down.
So people started fighting and shit was getting out of control. I was with my girlfriend so i went back to go get her. On the way there i ran into a mixed bread of ridgeback and rotweiler dog. The dog bit my finger and i lost a little bit of feeling in it for most of the night and was dripping a shit ton of blood......It feels better now, probably because of my meds i just took. Why cant people just enjoy drinking and seeing old friends??
A lot of my so called friends fucked me over too, i prefer not to get into it. But people who i had known for years fucked me over. Great friends man, great friends.
Well, sorry for ranting but i felt like i needed to talk about it to my NEW friends here, and i am sure you guys will all understand. Thanks for letting me rant, or whine. Take it with a grain of salt i guess.......

The finger is a lot better know. I had my tetnis shot when i was in the hospital last november so i am good for that. Just hurt my leg other then that, my main concern was getting my girlfriend out of that situation, so i tried to avoid all the fighting i could. Even though i saw a couple of my friends fighting and all. It was just stupid, and i wish people would grow up and just learn to have fun....bastardos!

Obviously the new world will be alcohol free. :)
I assume alcohol played a big part in this needless drama, GD.

Besides giving my life over to Christ, stuff like that is a reason I quit drinking. A lot of my "friends" and some family all act like that when drunk. And then the next day they use 'being drunk' as their excuse as to why they acted that way, and pretend everything is OK. Only thing is it happens every time they drink. And they can drink a lot.
Sorry that had to happen man. People our age just don't know how to grow up! I recommend drinking in a more relaxed setting...preferably without any large dogs. :D

I wish I could say it would be. I still enjoy tipping a glass or two now and then.
How about, we have one continent for the drinkers and one continent for the teetotalers.

Alcohol had a big part in it. All kids between 17-23, and like i said, it all takes some asshole who thinks there a badass and starts shit. One of the things that kind of lightened it up for me was when i was walking back to my friends house, and he was drunk too, and looked at my finger and said, "Maybe if you pee on it, it might feel better...." What an idiot, but funny none the less.
Yeah, I think it is time for me to hang-up my party pants and just take it easy for now on. I mean, if a close friend is throwing a little get together i will go, but no more parties with over 50 people there, all drinking and god knows what else.
Maybe we could do a Escape from N.Y theme and stick all the crazy alcoholics in one place and let them do what they want.....i would pay to see that!

Even in my supposedly mature mid-thirties, I have occasionally taken things too far when drunk off my ass.
About two months ago I got into an altercation with this drunk Russian guy when I mentioned my dislike for Vladimir Putin.
"You say vun more vord about Putin, I knock you on floor!!"
"Okay, Putin sucks. I said it. So what?"
He stared at me in a drunken haze for a few more seconds, then turned back to his drink.
I was kind of worried he was going to go all Stalingrad on me, but apparently not.
I keep a lot of anger within me most of the time, and sometimes it just explodes, when alcohol is involved. That's a problem.

I broke up a huge party on my street last year, after hearing a ruckus outside one night. Kids were parking up and down the street, and gathering at a house at the end of the block, bottles were klinking everywhere, I walked up to some guys peeing in front of a neighbors' house, and THEY had the gall to say "Can I help you?" and I just said "I live here." and the idiot just zipped up and walked off, saying "I'm just going to see some friends."
Cops were on that like flies on shit. They stayed around until everyone left. Neighbors stood out at their driveways like a gauntlet as kids shuffled off.
I have NO tolerance for ********s. I'd have broken that party up if I was 20, 25, whatever age.
Glad to see you have the presence of mind to walk away from that kind of living. Many don't.
Space, I'll move on to the next planet. I can only see what will happen if it splits up onto opposing hemispheres. :Smirk:

On a very similar note... it's my prom on Wednesday!
"this guy i used to kick it with back in the day" It's really cute that you still say things like that.
"everyone was calling friends to come for backup and all that bullshit" I used to have friends like that. Now I have friends that fight their own fights. I'm sorry, but if you need thirty guys to come over because one guy pissed you off- that makes you a p-u-s-s-y. And stupid. He'd already have his ass beat by the time his friends got there if there was any real men in the bunch.
I have been bartending for most of the last 6 years and I quit drinking 5 years ago. I don't put up with any bullshit at all from anybody. There hasn't been a fight in a bar I've worked at since my first or second year doing it, because I've learned how to control the drunk assholes.
Which is ok, because they're not my friends. GD- move on and out. When they grow up, they'll catch up to you if they are really your friends. In the meantime, though, I say wash your hands of the children, because they will only hold you back. Or get you arrested. :Dunno:

Back in the day? When you were 14?
All kidding aside, man, that sucks.
Myself, I usually kick back and drink with a couple of friends and avoid the party scene. Of course, with the other "things" my friends do, I think the only fight you would see is over who gets the last nacho.

I mean, shit is always and will always get out of control. But with how things are these days, it is like everyone has something to prove. In this macho society if you do not get in a fight, you are a *****. And the one who trys and breaks it up is considered a asshole.
It is just amazing.......It was still kind of cool to see a couple of people go at it like 300 style.....i could not help but laugh at some of this.....good times, good times.
And I appreciate it guys and gals, and I will wash my hands of them....with soap!

I know what you're saying...it's like the only emotion anyone is allowed to show anymore is laughter and anger. Anything else is considered corny. (Especially with kids) Sheesh. The coolest people I know, including myself and all of you, are the ones who aren't afraid to make a fool of themselves. In this "gangsta" generation people are more sheep-like than ever, and it is a shame.

I called some people out (in the video comments sections) over at myspace for exactly that, and it only resulted in death threats and hate mail. I created a new account and moved everyone over.
Everywhere right now, maybe I'm just being too sensitive, there is just an overwhelming sense of violence and hatred and fear. I do what I can (most of the time) to be part of the solution, but sometimes it seems pointless. I know that's wrong, though. But sometimes I wonder why anyone would even go fight a war to protect a society of selfish, greedy, ungrateful degenerates. :(

That is funny you mention that Bill. One of my friends who was at the party is in the army and that was his last night before they sent him over there for a year. Well, one girl found out that he was in the army and went off on him. She was yelling at him that he is evil and he is fighting a stupid war and just plain smashing him.
You know, if you do not agree with the war that is fine. But when someone is trying to enjoy his last night before he goes back over there and you have to get your two cents in is just fucked! And regardless of what everyone else thinks, he believes he is over there for a reason and then you have someone come up to you and bash everything you believe to your face, makes you not want to be there or fight for the people......I just felt bad that he had to expeirence that before he took off....good way to remember home by, you know?
