Tank Girl

You can't believe how freaking excited I was when I walked into my local comic shop this week and a new issue of Tank Girl was sitting on the shelf! It was totally hilarious, and I really liked how they drew it. I've never had a chance to read the originals, but I am a fan of the movie (I know it's a bit of a departure from the comics, but for me, like many others in the US, it was my first introduction to the spitfire that is Tank Girl). I even got to see them shoot some of it when my family went to White Sands!

I was just wondering if there were any other Tank Girl fans out there or what other people who picked up Tank Girl: The Gifting thought.

I love the movie. I haven't read any of the comics, though I know I should. I think I'll do that on my next back-issue binge.
