This is a tough call, but I have to give the edge to Batman.

The fight would both men taking the other's measure. It would quickly become apparent that Batman is the better fighter (having been trained by many masters). Daredevil's single edge would be his enhanced senses. So Daredevil would push for a quick finish. Batman would begin to suspect Daredevil's abilities (using his keen detective skills) and use either the transmitter for summoning bats (as seen in Batman: Year One) or some other white noise generator. With Daredevil's only advantage taken away he quickly suffers a humiliating defeat.
