Looks like Disney's going after fairy tales now too. The film starts off animated, with a princess, a prince and a wicked witch, along with all those cute little forest animals. However, the witch pushes the princess down a well and she winds up in live action New York City, where she runs into Patrick Dempsey. The Prince (James Marsden) soon follows, and the witch goes after him. Actually looks pretty cute, should do well.

ha! It looks very cute.

I was all ready to say "lame" to this one due to memories of a horrible teaser trailer. However, this full trailer looks about 20 times better than the teaser trailer did.

It does look "cute" I hope the movie plays on animation conventions as much as the trailer seems to indicate. I loved the bit with the "magic mirror" and the couple "bursting into song" jokes.

I highly suspect it will. Disney has been doing those campy princess love chipmunk stories for oodles of years now. This is them making fun of themselves, openly. It's it's half as clever as it looks I'll want to see it.

I was very impressed with the trailer. It was attached to Ratatouille, so my daughter saw it as well and wants to see it.

It looks like fun, but I doubt I can get Neg Jr. to see it. Probably get it as a rental.
