I've been very impressed by the level of play in the games so far. All the teams are going after each other, and with Switzerland stunning Canada today, this tournament is wide open and promises to be one of the most memorable in Olympic history.
I wasn't real thrilled with the addition of pros to the Olympics initially, but these guys are truly the best in the world and they are showing that here.

Wow, another loss today against the Finns, 2-0. The Canadians are playing sloppy and look extremely uncomfortable on the big ice surface. They're losing face offs and are not nearly as physical as they need to be. Very sluggish. I'm also hearing talk of personality issues in the dressing room aswell. Who knows? You put half a dozen team captains in a room and there is going to be some fiction. The team maybe just too top heavy.
I can't help but wonder how much better this team would have been had Gretzky taken Spezza, Staal, Crosby and Tanguay?

I am wondering why the US can't score any goals. They had two 5-3 against sweden this weekend, and they just can't seem to get any pucks to the back of the net. :dunno:

Well, it's over for both of us.
I'm depressed now.

Yeah, how are the Canadians doing? Mass Suicides? HariKari? Drinking themselves to death with Molsen?
