I'm really glad they've decided not to alter the marketing, instead choosing to honor Ledger's work as was intended.

If you look, you can someone pressing the left side of Harvey's face into some sort of chemical (gasoline?) and later, there's a shot of him holding a gun, and you can see that something's rong with the left side of his face...

I just found out that the studios are trying to attach a teaser for Terminator 4 with The Dark Night Movie!!....Looking forward to it...if it's true...:smirk:

i seem to recall seeing that in theaters around I AM LEGEND, I just naturally assumed that stuff wouldnt be used in the movie, just like there was a long "trailer" for Spiderman that ended with some bank robbers in a helicopter getting snared inbetween the WTC towers in a web that wasnt part of the movie at all.

yeah, but I believe that was cut from spiderman after 9/11, just like MIB2 was supposed to have a scene where the towers opened up and a bunch of flying saucers poured out.

I just watched all the videos online at Yahoo movies and must say I'm getting more geeked for this movie with each passing day. This could be the cinema equivalent to the second coming of Christ. I'm even allowing myself the pipe dream this could go on to beat Titanic as highest grossing film of all time.

I dunno....since I'm pushing 40, Batman in IMAX is almost like sex. In fact, I might spank it at the theater. I'll be the guy in the trenchcoat.

Well, it came to pass thanks to my girlfriend, my house, and work. My girlfriend's birthday is Monday, so I'm taking her to Ruth's Chris Friday night for a romantic dinner. Then, she has a party at her place on Saturday. Sunday, I have home improvement projects to attend to. Monday and Tuesday has work biting my ass . . . in a bad way.

I'm not too bent out of shape. As much as I love the new Batman franchise, I'm pretty sure I like regular sex more. :D
