I was pretty amazed by this episode, I cant believe Baltar. I guess he is living up to the evil nature of the original character.

Baltar entered new levels of complexity with this episode. He started out at the beginning of the series as a selfish and egotistical but not actually evil man then seemed to be turning into a pawn of the Cylons. Now he seems to be playing his own game between the two sides.

Oh, I didn't like what Baltar did this episode. He's so malleable: first he tells body Cylon that "I'm not what you think I am," then he lets mind Cylon push him into sending the nuke to the sympathizers. Over what? The president telling him he's selfish? He didn't know that already? For a smart guy, he's really stupid. Stupid and unpredictable may make for more options for the character, but it's annoying and obvious.

Ah well. They've figured out a way to keep Roslin a regular, and she's remembered Baltar's association to the Cylons, so that should make things very interesting in episodes to come. Full-blown civil war is coming up, I would think.

BSG continues to excel with every episode. I'm glad that President Roslin will be sticking around, I really like her character. It would have been very powerful if she had died, but this way she gets to survive and we get some interesting questions raised about the nature of Sharon's baby. Plus Baltar continues to be crazy. ;)

As always, I can't wait until the next episode. :D

{SWIPE IT}
Baltar discovers that the hybrid baby's blood kills cancer cells, so they use inject Roslin with it and she completely recovers. During her almost-last moments, she flashes back to her work on Caprica, and she sees flashes of Baltar with his Cylon hottie. It's unclear how much of this she remembers of this after she recovers, but she does decide to negotiate with the Cylon sympathizers. She also decides to let Sharon's baby live and see what develops.

Meanwhile, Baltar reads Roslin's note to the incoming president, even though he knows she is recovering. It is a message about how he needs to develop his heart and overcome his selfishness. This pisses him off. He sends Cylon hottie a present to show his devotion to their cause: a nuke.

Will that do it for you? Next time stay awake, or I reserve the right to start calling you "Stumpytail" in exchange for these summaries.

Do not raise your self-esteem by belittling others. :)

BTW, stumpytail makes no sense. What's that supposed to mean anyway?

Manx cat = stumpy tail???

Actually, Manxes come in two versions: stumpy tails (short stubs for tails) and rumpy tails (no tails at all). I leave it to you to choose which version you prefer me to call you. Stumpy? Or Rumpy?

And if I were a Cylon you'd be BEGGING me to call you Stumpytail. :D
