I know she's a loopy, head shaving, bad mothering mess of a trailer trashy young woman but....

Music forum this goes...even if she was Lip-syncing this performance and was a real mess according to reports..
Be careful your dick doesn't fall off.
Would you continue after you pull the wig off her head?

I saw a brief part of this...and it was very much, a MESS! I think she should just take her kids and get away for awhile...It is going to be intersting to see what her kids are like, in about 15 years....hell, even 7!~

Oh, her life is going to be a carwreck of epic proportions. She's a joke to her peers, kids don't like her, she's definitely not mature enough to interest adult listeners, and she's slowly losing her looks so even the pervs aren't into her.

You are sooo wrong, Omi. :D
Not everyone wants her to "go away"...Take this person's ...errrr... opinion. (If you're at work, turn your volumn down..)

And oh yeah, people..
Video is now allowed in the Music Forum. I figured it made sense to do it so people can put up videos of their favorite bands(if those bands' videos are embedded somewhere like Youtube, Google Video, Myspace, etc)...

I think it's very, very sad when anyone like this let's it all go completely like this.
Trouble with all these people (Paris, Lindsay Lohan, Britney etc.) is that they are surrounded by hangers-on and sycophantic yes-men. They don't have any real friends who stand up to them when they are on the verge of f*cking up and telling them "Oi, stop being an idiot."

Also, reminding them to put their knickers on when they go out. I am always forgetting my trousers, and if it wasn't for my friends I would be frequently embaressed.

Britney comments on her performance (http://usmagazine.com/brit_fat_pig)

Sweet Jebus, that's all she comes up with?
I don't see anything wrong with having some weight on and not looking like the starving coked up chic look...
Hah, that's her only thoughts?
"I looked like a fat pig!"???
Not "Gee, my performance really sucked...Perhaps, I should have moved my lips more or at least tried harder at faking musical talents???"
No, it's I looked Fat..
What a dumbass.
Gentlemen Death

I am being nice right now...I do not think she is fat, and I think that with critics calling her fat makes girls who are her size, feel insecure about themselves...And then the media attacks celebs and other people for looking too skinny...Ane parents wonder why their daughter weighs 90lbs!?!?!?:headscratch:
Do you see what I am saying?
spammityspam
09-13-2007, 07:03 PM
Definitely. I didn't think she looked fat at all, honestly. I thought she looked fabulous (though, you know, sparkly panties and hooker boots would not necessarily be my number one fashion choice). And I don't think it's a cardinal sin that she was lip-synching or that she danced badly, either. Most singers lip-sync these days for at least part of their acts. Can you imagine singing for two or three hours, or your voice cracking right in the middle? People aren't as forgiving of musicians since the dawn of digitized music, so artists are trying to maintain perfection at all times. And, as evidenced by that video Bill found, she broke her damn heel. No, I'm not a huge fan of Britney, but I think there are other things people could be doing than obsessing over a bad show at the VMAs -- the lady herself included.
I don't think she's fat. I think she's a tasteless half-wit, but you all know how I feel about her. (And Paris. :puke:) She wouldn't have looked half as bad if she wasn't shaking her momma ass in lingerie. Mommas shouldn't look like hookers. We are the foundation of our society. She needs to learn some goddammed self-fucking-respect.

I saw some bits and peices of the 'performance' and it was bad...My GF caught the whole thing and informed me it was as bad as everyone is making it out to be. I thnk she seriously needs to stop, but hey, she has to make some money some how, right?
I do not think she is pretty and she bugs the fuck out of me. My previous point was to state the fact that the media are double standard idiots and THEY are the ones who are making people all over America feel self concious... Amen, sister!

I think thats what has me amazed...The "Oh no, I'm fat" which she really isn't ..and even if she was, she should have no effing shame about it. She doesn't look bad.
But she's a twit if that's all she's worrying about after such a crappy performance as her "comeback".
It seems clear to me MTV knew exactly what was going to happen. They put her there because they wanted a crash dummy to laugh at...In much the same way as they had for Paris Hilton at the MTV Movie Awards a day before she was supposed to turn into jail. They had her there for a reason and they got their wishes.
But Brit isn't exactly making the situation any better with her acting like a total witless twit.

MTV, again...is absolute crap. I firmly blame them for their part in fucking up the youth of America (the world?), lowering their IQ's and instilling in them a set of greedy, self-centered values with crap shows like "Real World", which BTW is anything BUT, but I preach to the choir on this, I am sure. I hate everything MTV stands for, and would love to see it destroyed violently.
Thank you. :)
Or Pimp My Ride? My friends and I like to call it Fuck up My Ride. They don't even paint the fucking doorjambs or tune the engine. Laziness I tell ya.
Of course MTV knew it was going to be a train wreck. That's why Sarah Silverman was booked to perform immediately after Britney's performance. After Sarah's routine on Paris at the MTV Movie Awards this year, they knew she would slam Britney good.

I'm not the biggest Silverman fan, but I loved her monologue about Paris last year, and this year's was pretty funny as well.
