Make of this what you will... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7JPvbVsDdY)
As usual, Bill O'Reilly acts the very lying, boorish far-right Bush leaguer we all know he is...
And, as is sometimes the case, Ron Paul doesn't quite mount the kind of pressing attack many of us wish he would....
Still, I would much sooner vote for Rep. Paul then any of the current frontrunners in this terribly underwhelming campaign. Republican or Democratic.
He is the very breath of fresh air Americans have been yearning for, in all these years I've been studying American politics.
If only he would roar, as he should, instead of speaking softly... :anismirk:

Ron Paul takes on Sean Hannity. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRQrDbtekyo&NR=1)
Okay, I have to say he does much better here. :anismirk:
How a professional journalist like Hannity can compare Iran or Iraq to the Soviet Union at it's height, is totally beyond me. :shakehead:

I must say, I do like what Ron Paul has to say. I'm curious though, why doesn't Bill O'reilly ever let Ron finish his statements? Isn't that another form of putting a spin on a subject? And Bill's show is supposed to be the no-spin zone. Talking about a one-sided conversation.

Professional Journalist huh? You mean the construction worker who dropped out of NYU when he landed a chance "wanted ad" spot on local NY radio show?
Not to pull away from your intended topic Space but to call Sean Hannity a "Journalist" becuase he appears on Fox TV and calls himself one? Ludicrous.
If he's a Journalist then I guess I am too :Smirk: I mean I've done internet talk radio for 5 months now I could be on Fox!

Hannity is NO journalist. He's not even a good radio talk show host. Just somehow has an audience of a bunch of pinheads.

Well, whatever, how about professional broadcaster then.
And "professional" only in the renumerative sense of the word, in that he manages to collect a paycheck every week for doing what he does, for some reason. :anismirk:
An employed broadcaster. How's that workin'....

Today's corporate massaged journalism isn't professional. As much as a nutter I think Dan Rather became late in his career - he's right about Wall Street and White House interference in the news business. We are living "Good Night and Good Luck". Bill Paley is spinning in his grave. :( N
