Tasteful banners?

Okay. I get it. Halloween is sometime this month. But does every nearly every banner have to feature gore (not Al), rotting flesh and blood splashes?

Maybe it's just the timing of rotations when I'm online...

I do find it amazing they don't find more Fantasy and Science Fiction ads for all of us even if Halloween is coming. Mix it up a little more.

What annoys me is how we all have the same banners at all of these sites geared towards entertainment news and the same banner locks us up at times. Like that Halloween DVD release banner. It always locks me up whether I'm here at Mania or at CS, Chud or Joblo, etc...No matter where I am, that Carpenter Halloween banner locks me up. That Saw IV advertisement is rather annoying too with the television static.

DJ, it might be your computer since I'm not having the same "locking up" problem... plus I havent even seen a Gorilla Nation ad since I complained about them many months back.

and you're right, the SAW4 ad TV static was annoying... why is the same ad at the top of the page and along side the page at the same time? sometimes the SAW 4 and Halloween ads were on the pages THREE times (the same ad)
