I do not know about you guys but I am excited with this one. On the main page is the article which explains everything, like George Miller tackling this project Happy Feet 2 and JLA movie around the same time.

Frankly I do not care for the other two movies and thinks he should concentrate on one at a time...I would really like it for him NOT to screw up this Mad Max film. I have been waiting for this one for awhile....AND concidering that Gibson has not done anything for the last couple of years hopefully he will change his mind and come back and do the role....IF not though, I am definatley still down to watch this regardless.

Oh yeah, this JLA movie is already showing signs of it going down the drain...EVEN IF it gets made, I do not see this movie doing good at all....But who cares for this shit film, for me, it is about the Road Warrior!!

I dunno. JLA sounds like it could be good -- the first 14 pages sound interesting.

Mad Max without Gibson ain't Mad Max, but I wouldn't mind another movie set in that world. It's way better than a sequel to Waterworld.

Yes .. I can't imagine any Mad Max movie without Gibson. And the age thing is lame. Willis did just fine in the latest Die Hard. Ford's doing Indy and Stallone looked good as Rocky ... I'm sure a little CGI magic can help Mel through some of the more demanding scenes.

As much as I agree that Gibson NEEDS to do this because frankly, why call it Mad Max then, you dig? But Mad Max Beyond the Thunderdome did not do it for me and felt like the studio guys got ahold of this film and turned it into a very light kiddy film.

It was not THAT bad of a movie, but you can not compare it to the others without wanting to fart.

I was talking to Kaeos about this and he brought up a good point, if you are not going to bring back Gibson for Max, then maybe they should base it off of the kid in The Road Warrior. The one with that crazy ass boomarang. That would be cool. I can not think of who else would fill the main character spot....

So Miller is gonna do this and JLA? :headscratch:

I won't watch it if Mel isn't in it- he is Mad Max!
