Is anyone watching this show? I'm riveted. Now that Lem is on his way to serving time... Unbelievable twists to this story. I don't think Kavanaugh can bring Mackey down, but it is going to be an epic battle all the same.

Wow. They were all responsible for Lem. Everyone kept blaming someone else but they were all responsible. Including Lem. It's Mackey's fault, Kavanaugh's fault, especially Shane's fault, Aceveda's fault, the snitch's fault...

As I see it, next season will be more of the same plot the show has always had. Vic will be on the trail of the killer, Dutch/Claudette will be on the trail of the killer and Shane will be trying to cover it up. They also have to address the question of Vic's forced retirement. That will probably be explained away in the first episode.

I knew it would be Lem because he's the true believer. And of course it would be by Shane's hand, because he is exactly as Antoine Mitchell described.

Oh, and I was really shocked/pissed when Dutch tried his pimpology on the rookie. Real heart o' darkness, that one.
