Apparently someone signed me up for this thing called "Graduate School" and, I don't know how, but I was accepted into the Pratt Institute for the Fall'08 semester. They even want to give me money to go there!
Suckers.
Anyway, I'm thinking this might be an entertaining little experience considering...oh, you know...I've never lived anywhere outside of Salt Lake City my entire 26 years on this diseased little blue orb. Perhaps I'll start documenting it somehow...probably mimeographs.
So yeah. I'll have to give you updates on what it's like to study Urban Planning at the school which inspired the movie "Art School Confidential (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0364955/)." I'm already dreading the inevitable arguments over the Antipodean's protests against American abstract expressionism versus the Congress for Cultural Freedom's promotion of the style as a counterpoint to communist realism and whether the acts were true or merely decontextualized.
Oh tragedy.
