Product placement is one thing. Designing entire shows, including storylines and characters, around a product is another thing. A truly heinous thing.

not surprising. DC Comics did this with the new Dodge sports musle car, it was a book much like Knightrider.

I'm fine with a show about Trojans so long as it's on Showtime, HBO or Cinemax, but on the whole this idea is so craptastic that it is bound to fail hugely.

I deal with engineers just about every day through my job, but I have to admit that's a new one for me. I'll have to ask one of them about it at my next meeting.
