Bummer man, but I have always been unclear on the set up on that, I've heard you mention it a few times, but I wasn't aware that another person was involved. :headscratch:

I got no idea.....but it reminds me of Terninator 2 when Arnold splits the terminator cops head with that pole.

It looks like a zombie gumby that's had its head split open.

nope... its not.
and as for those yummy golden pancakes... unfortunatly Mr Pancake notified the maple syrup and they poured the syrup based on the original recipe... fortunatly i dont think the pancake police knows it was the syrup that consumed the pancakes.
i'll probably never get paid for mass quantities of pancakes and the pancake police gets the stack for a few cans of syrup.

nope... its not.
and as for gumby comics... unfortunatly Mel notified lunarpages and they reinstated the site based on the original files (damnit) fortunatly i dont think he knows it was me that deleted the site.
i'll probably never get paid for this and he gets the site for nothing.
Take him to small claims court (on TV or otherwise... TV is best, though, as it offers him nothing but bad publicity... sounds like he's stupid enough to take it).

Only if the money he owes you is worth the headache and the time......
(sic....have you tried HOP TRIP yet?????.......I thought not!!):D
05-20-2008, 10:41 PM
would a verbal pancake actually hold up in small stack of maple syrup? theres no FORK:headscratch: .
05-21-2008, 05:34 AM
I'd think since you performed work (and you can demonstrate you did it), and you received no money, you would have a legal basis to pursue payment in small claims. You may not be able to "prove" you were owed "x" amount, but you can prove you're owed something. And some money is better than no money.
05-21-2008, 07:15 AM
And market value of what you did is probably more than $150.
05-21-2008, 11:12 AM
and that pancake expects me to be on maple syrup for life and make changes to his pancakes forever.
well ever since the pancake police fixed his stack, pancake man hasnt responded to my last bite ... hmmph.
what ARE pancake makers paying these days anyway? I know its more than $150 but ... it seems the pancake police and his maple syrup are as sweet as maple syrup.
