Just wondering from any of you cooks out there....what your fav sauces are? For along time Tiger Sauce was number one for me....kinda hot but sweet too. I'm not much of a Tabasco Sauce guy...or any of the real hot habaneros.

However.......Tiger Sauce has been dethroned by.......IRON CHEF General Tso's Sauce and Glaze!!! WOW....is this stuff good!! My wife made a mushroom and onion meatloaf the other day.....and I saw a bottle of the IRON CHEF in the cupboard, and thought I'd give it a try......

I ATE THE WHOLE BOTTLE......and 3/4 of the meatloaf!!! If you can find it.....give it a try. I seem to remember Kah being quite the cook....no?

I like Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. It's sweet and hot at the same time. I have it with veggie rolls all the time.

I love Buffalo Wild Wing's spicy garlic sauce for wings, chops, steaks, cold cuts, etc.

I love making a nice mushroom gravy to put over my steaks or taters.

I make a versatile lemon garlic sauce. Great on pasta or for marinating meat and fish. Shrimp .. YES!!! It also doubles as a salad dressing.

Yogurt is great for marinating, as well. With a little onion, lemon or lime juice, pepper, and marinate some chicken or beef chunks for shish kebobs, the longer marinade time the better, and you'll grill some meat that melts in your mouth.

Do you just mean plain vanilla yogurt Bill?? Like Nancy's or something cuz I can't imagine marinating with a Strawberry Yogurt
