Johnny Carson's longtime right-hand man is facing foreclosure on his Beverly Hills mansion after falling $644,000 behind on payments for mortgage loans totaling $4.8 million.
The 85-year-old's rep, Howard Bragman, said McMahon fell behind on his housing payments after breaking his neck 18 months ago. He hasn't been able to work since.

I just can't believe that after 30 some years of Johnny Carson, Star Search, and Bloopers, Bleeps, and Ef Ups, this guy has no money.

I think Leno, Letterman, O'Brien, and Ferguson need to step in and anonymously pay off the mortgage. Christ, Leno makes like 40 million a year.

well I have no sympathy for the ultra-rich that cannot manage their money but Jesus, at 85 you'd think he'd be retired. It just so happens its Ed freakin McMahon and we all love the guy, who can hate on Ed McMahon? (even if he is stupid enough to mismanage his riches)
