I can't believe I am the first one posting this.

Honestly I have never read anything about Watchmen and only briefly heard about the graphic novels....but the trailer looks fucking awesome and I am going to go and dig around for some more info before I go into this movie....

I just about peed my pants in the theater. I have two friends who have never read the graphic novel, so they borrowed my copy, but returned it after only reading 20 pages so they could each order their own!

I was worried about them doing justice to the graphic novel, but apparently the film is 3 hours long, so that's encouraging.

I loved the trailer and thought it looked sweet as Jessica Alba's behind. However, and this is gonna make me unpopular, I never really saw what the big fuss was about regarding Watchmen. I have my own copy, I have read it several times always in the hiope that i would "get" something I missed last time, and I really struggle to see what the big frickin' deal is.

Please, can somebody show me where I have been stupid and what the big deal is with it ?

The trailer is probably the single best trailer I have ever seen. Spot on.

Then they showed some new movie posters at Comic-Con...which are recreations of promotional art from back when Watchmen was first coming out.

If I can find a link to the original art I'll post it because comparing the posters to the original art is amazing.

I'm incredibly excited for this movie now. I hadn't read Watchmen until a few months ago, but I'm REALLY REALLY looking forward to this.
