Then there is this one, from a CCTV camera at Hampton Court Palace in the UK, after a door was repeatedly and mysteriously found open !!!

The cnn video is intriguing. The Hampton picture is some dude in a costume.

The CNN video will ultimately be explained by a phenomenon similar to rods.

For those that are unaware, rods appear frequently in videos of the outdoors but were of unknown origin. Recent research reveals them plainly to be insects fly perpendicular to the field of view of the camera making their angular velocity through the fame too quick to capture cleanly on the CCD array.
